The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts, synthesize voiceovers, source publicly available footage, assemble video content, and optionally publish that content to third-party platforms including YouTube and TikTok.

02 Eligibility

04 AI-Generated Content

We make no representations or warranties that AI-generated content is accurate, factual, complete, current, or appropriate for any particular purpose. Content produced by the Service should be reviewed by a human before publication. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for any content published through your connected accounts.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Any AI-generated content produced by the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service operator and any affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any content you publish through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
